The Traditional Method

The creative process for our Pas Dosé (Zero Dosage) is born of noble expression, of low yields, and the exclusive use of just 42% of the juice obtained from the grapes most-prized first pressing. The vintage and lengthy ageing on the lees speak of a Cuvée with an elegant and lively style, a unique Rosé born of pure Pinot (Noir). With notable aromatic intensity it dared to patiently wait for over 100 months. Its rare longevity is amazing.
