Sensory profile Golden yellow. Dried fruit scents of dried fig and raisins, apple, pine nut, whiskey cream and spirited pears. Scents that remind of dried apricots and plum distillate. Well balanced bittersweet, mineral taste with dry and fruity aftertaste that allow for pairing with a great variety of savory dishes.

Pairings Pairs well with figs and ham or cheese with pears.
