Sensory profile The color is an intense ruby red with purple hints. The smell of violet, cyclamen and withered rose is impressive, with some spicy notes of sandalwood, vanilla and leather, ending with an elegant nutmeg and maraschino cherry. In the mouth the wine is intense, fresh and light, perfectly balanced. This schioppettino is full-bodied and persistent.


Pairings This Schioppettino is the ideal partner to grilled dishes and steaks.
