Sensory profile Straw yellow with beautiful bright green highlights. A gentle fragrance of exotic and floral perfumes meets the nose, followed by passion fruit, pineapple juice, lime with essence of gardenia flower. Perceptions of sunny gardens, tomato leafs, white nettle and yellow bell peppers, ripe peaches and elder flowers. An explosion of taste in the mouth leads us through the fragrance of exotic fruits and Mediterranean notes, for a mouth balanced between acidity and minerality as an expression of the terroir.
Pairings Pasta with pesto sauce, battered fish. Wild herb frittata. Mexican or Korean spicy dishes.
