Sensory profile Bright straw yellow appearance. The first “olfactory invitations” remind of just-picked white and yellow fruits, with a predominance of nectarine and wild pear and a cinnamon edging in the end. The first sip is thirst-quenching. Mineral, winy, rich of white fruits. Its freshness and acidity invite the taster to have another sip of pleasure. Dry and slightly bitterish final.
Pairings To refresh and clean the mouth while having fat-rich, sweet and savory dishes: this is the secret of this varietal. It enhances cruditées, pureed soups, battered and vegetarian first courses. Its delicacy with vegetable risottos, steamed fish and fresh cheese is surprising. The fineness of the notes inspires the pairing with sushi and sashimi.
