Sensory profile Who’s the King? He's the one, dressed up in dark garnet with ruby borders. The viscous and dense components emerge swirling the wine in the glass. The olfactory analysis tells us about the complexity of the elements that lead to fruity, ripe and dried sensations. Toasted coffee, licorice and leather precede notes of ripe cherry, fig jam, dried plum. Vibrant thanks to the intensity of taste and nose and enriched by the acidity of the red fruits that accompany the tactile succulence of the sip, tannic and silky. Harmony. The mineral terroir reflects itself in this elixir, that shows balanced components of dried red fruits and undergrowth, supported by the fruity alcoholic spirit. The persistence of palate and nose is stimulated by bittersweet spicy notes, that tell us about a unique wine, loved by those who want to escape from the routine and discover an enchantment.
