Sensory profile Intense ruby red. Dense, fortified wine with rich, intense perfumes. Time infuses it with long- lasting blackberry, raspberry and morello cherry notes. Hints of red figs, redcurrant, myrtle, walnut and roses. Long-lasting perfume with consistent, rich flavor. Palate: Round wine with a voluptuous fruity hint. Sweet and vigorous it conveys a feeling of nectar-like nourishment for body and soul. Its flavor is round and persistent.

Pairings Pairs well with elaborate dishes such as capon stuffed with chestnuts or duck à l'orange.
