Sensory profile Warmth and sheer energy are to the fore in a seductive amber that fills the glass with intense, vibrant hues. Brilliant orange nuances usher in dried and preserved fruit on the nose, overlayered by linear hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Persistent fruity notes are brightly showcased by aromatic vegetal and spice, woven in a complex sensory fabric of sandalwood, coriander, white pepper, licorice root, and acacia honey. Sumptuous and oily, the stunning palate attack is a triumph of succulent fruit syrups! Heady, alcohol-rich notes keep one step ahead of the fruity structure in its glycerin-rich veil. Ripe tannins emerge in a long, dry, tart finale to add complexity and bring up the rear. A full-flavored Verduzzo Passito of rare fullness, with enthralling dynamic energy spilling from every drop.

Pairings Meditation wine. It would pair well with aged cheese, blue cheese and foie gras.
