Sensory profile Intense rich golden yellow. Amber. Extremely elegant. Perfectly mixed dried fruit and preserve. Scent of apricot jam, persimmon, papaya and hints of sweet tobacco and caramel. Toffee, walnut liqueur and a lot of dried elegant fruit. Balanced. Fruity aftertaste between sweet sensations, tannins and mineral elements.
Pairings Meditation wine. It would be a wine “for love and friendship”. Pairs well with aged cheese, blue cheese, paté de foie gras.
