Sensory profile A bright gold color pervades the glass and lets us glimpse light copper reflections. The nobility of this varietal is valued by an intense and harmonious olfactory profile, with notes of citrus fruits, apricot, ripe pear and linden flowers that recall the candied fruit, raisin and pine nut homemade cakes fillings. Intense palate with a bittersweet clearness in the end. This Pinot Grigio stands out for the great balance and complexity that obtains with time.

Pairings Delicious aperitif, perfect with battered and grilled fish. Vegetable or fish risottos. White meat and soft goat cheese.
