Sensory profile Shades of amber and eucalyptus honey catch the eye, reminding of hues of dried apricots. Buttery and floral aromas lead the nose. Toffee, orange zest, dry figs, dates and dried fruit. White rose, creamy notes, cinnamon and cloves. The sip is full, juicy and rich, yet not filling. Cashew nuts, walnuts, crème brûlée and vanilla tell us about a rare nectar. The sip describes the sapidity tied to the terroir, while the equilibrium, accompanied by a gentle alcohol content, is enhanced by the balanced acidity and the elegant and complex aftertaste.
Pairings A Noble wine to be enjoyed alone or for special moments, with blue cheese or mini pastries!
