Sensory profile Hues of amber and honey expand in the glass, highlighted by veins of shimmering luminosity, a particular tonality that conjures up dried apricots and aged brandy, two essences that will accompany us, like a wave, throughout the tasting, and beyond. On the nose, the sensory complex slowly expands, initially with buttery and floral essences enlivened by thrusts of caramel toffee and nigritella. The olfactory progression continues, revealing candied citrus zest, dried figs, and succulent dates, flanked by fragrant roasted nuts, such as sweet almond and cashew. The nose then expands further, foregrounding inviting notes of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla. The palate is even more surprising, pulpy, glycerin-rich, and ultra-fruity, with that supple energy classic to the finest elixirs. One then encounters a dense, tactile mouthfeel, a silk-smooth lateral expansion, an ample aromatic charge, and just a tot of warm alcohol on the progression to a near-endless, clean-edged finish.

Pairings With its intriguing distinctiveness and rich sensory wealth, this memorable edition of Picolit will crown any moment of conviviality, life, and love!
