Sensory profile Rich antique gold. Extremely elegant. Delicate and sweet, bringing to mind the 'syrup of stone fruits' including apricot and peach with a luxurious honeyed scent. Sweet but never cloying, full-bodied and full-flavoured, with elegant honey, raisins, dried apricot, fruit syrup and jam. Well balanced acidity and beautiful structure lead to a very persistent elegant finish.
