Cellar Longevity About 13 years after the harvest

Sensory profile Intense lemon yellow with golden reflections. Nose: mimosa, exotic fruit including pineapple, thyme, lightly salted butter and brioche. Dry. Full body and balanced acidity hold up beautifully alongside what is a creamy and mature structure. A sprinkle of white pepper and pronounced flinty mineral notes spark through alongside a signature hint of tomato leaf. Smooth. Fresh, fragrant and persistent. Complex. Evolutionary wine.

Pairings Grilled fish with mango salsa, caprese salad, mushroom and goat cheese.
